A pale golden blonde beneath a fluffy, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The beer presents bright clarity with lively carbonation evident throughout. The head retention speaks to proper conditioning and a well-balanced pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose unfolds in distinct layers: ripe fruit and warm spice lead the charge, met immediately by citrus brightness and a grassy noble hop character. Beneath these topnotes sit nutty Pilsner malt and a subtle caramel sweetness, with a faint suggestion of honeyed alcohol warmth threading through the profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with pronounced fruit and spice, revealing genuine complexity for a beer of this alcohol level. Medium-dry in character, with a floral quality and a gentle honey sweetness that never tips into cloying. Tartness and keen carbonation maintain freshness across the mid-palate, preventing any sense of weight.

◑ Finish

A clean, moderately long finish where the dryness and bright acidity come to the fore. The tartness and carbonation linger pleasantly, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued—ideal as an aperitif or palate cleanser.
