◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation that sustains a delicate white head with modest lacing. The light body is apparent from the outset, with a clean, bright presentation typical of the style but refreshingly restrained in alcohol.

◌ Aroma

Soft biscuit and bread crust lead the nose, underscored by gentle fruity esters — pear and orchard fruit — alongside a whisper of honey and floral notes from the Belgian yeast. Noble hop character is restrained but present, contributing a subtle herbal and slightly spicy backdrop without asserting itself.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and refreshingly dry, with light malt sweetness balanced by a restrained 22 IBU bitterness that never dominates. Mid-palate shows bready, yeasty character with honey notes and a smooth mouthfeel; the low 4.8% ABV keeps the beer genuinely approachable and drinkable without the heaviness typical of Belgian blondes at 7–8% ABV.

Finish is short to medium, dry and crisp, with a lingering honey and malt sweetness that fades gracefully. The low alcohol and restrained hop character leave no hot notes, making this genuinely sessionable.

Serve at 7–10°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
