◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with a soft, diffuse haze that sits throughout the glass. The head forms modestly and recedes to a thin collar, leaving fine lacing on the walls. Carbonation appears gentle, with small bubbles rising slowly.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and tropical esters: peach skin, pineapple, and mango flesh dominate without sharpness. Citra and Mosaic hops layer in subtle citrus undertones and a whisper of herbal restraint. No prominent malt character or yeast funk; the profile remains clean and fruit-forward.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and juicy, with stone and tropical fruit flavours coating the palate thickly. The mid-palate maintains sweetness without cloying; bitterness arrives gently and remains restrained, never sharp or metallic. Malz sits in the background, providing body without drying edges or astringency.

◑ Finish

Medium finish, fruit-driven rather than bitter. A lingering stone-fruit sweetness fades gradually, leaving no harsh edges or dry aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
