Kernel Dunkel

Tap to rate

A dark lager after the Munich model, brewed from malted barley, though a little drier and more bitter than a classic Dunkel. It is only lightly dry-hopped so that the malt flavours stay in front: a dark, malty beer. At 4.4 per cent it sits at the lower end of the strength usual for the style. The Dunkel has been part of the brewery's lager range since 2020 and is poured on draught as well as sold in bottle.
