A top-fermented wheat beer brewed by decoction to 12.7 °P from wheat malt with pale and dark barley malt, hopped with Herkules and Perle to 14 IBU, then dealcoholised by vacuum falling-film evaporation to below 0.5 % ABV. It is cloudy and light amber in the glass. A fine clove scent leads into a slightly sweet palate of grain, white bread, honey and banana, with a touch of yeast and a brisk, sparkling carbonation.
