Pale golden with a soft haze that catches the light pleasantly. The head is modest but persistent, leaving delicate lacing as it settles. Fine carbonation creates a gentle shimmer throughout the body.

◌ Aroma

Stone fruit leads immediately—ripe peach and nectarine dominate the nose with bright, dimensional clarity. Citra adds a subtle citrus brightness, while Nelson Sauvin contributes gentle tropical notes that deepen the fruit impression without overwhelming it. Clean and inviting, with no rough edges.

◐ Taste

Peach character carries through the palate with natural sweetness that remains refreshing rather than cloying. Mid-palate shows citrus and subtle tropical fruit, while gentle hop bitterness provides structure without aggression. The lean 6.2% ABV keeps the beer crisp and drinkable, allowing the single dry-hop contribution to shine without fatigue.

Clean and relatively short, fading to a whisper of fruit and a dry, pleasant hop note. No lingering harshness or oxidation—simply a refreshing fadeout.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
