The nose leads with bright orange peel and zest, layered beneath tropical fruit notes from the Citra and Mosaic hops. The added blood orange and white grapefruit sharpen the profile into something closer to fresh juice and candied citrus, with minimal malt presence.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with clean citrus character, followed by a marmalade-like bitterness that runs steadily through the middle. The malt backbone remains restrained and biscuity, providing structure without sweetness. The finish is crisp and peppery rather than cloying.

◑ Finish

Dry and lingering, with a persistent pith and white grapefruit peel quality on the aftertaste. The bitterness fades gradually, leaving a refreshing and mineral-like quality.
