🌍 Canada · Fruited IPA · One of 9 Fruited IPAs in hopIQ

An unfiltered IPA in which grapefruit meets a hop bill of Amarillo, Citra, Cascade and Centennial, so fruit and hops pull in the same direction. Zest and pith add a sharp, slightly astringent edge on top of the hop bitterness, with orange and pine behind it. The body is medium and lightly caramel, the colour a hazy gold. The finish is dry and citric, and the pithy bite lasts longest.
