Bloody 'Ell
Bloody 'Ell starts from a stripped-back IPA malt bill of extra pale malt and Carapils and hops it highly with the tropical side of Amarillo and Citra, plus Columbus and Simcoe. Kilos of blood orange zest and juice go in late in the boil. The 5.5% result is a smack of citrus with hints of warm orange aroma.
