Lost in Mosaic
The brewery calls this its new world IPA, brewed at 5% with Mosaic and Citra hops. Pineapple and citrus aromas lead on to flavours of orange and melon, followed by a fresh, zesty finish. The hop pairing adds a suggestion of mango and berry behind the fruit already named, over a pale malt base. On cask the beer has taken a medal in the pale ale class of the Scottish independent brewers' competition.
