The nose leads with resinous pine and fresh grapefruit from Simcoe and Mosaic hops, grounded by a clean pale malt base. Tropical notes of passionfruit emerge in the mid-range, with a subtle lime zest threading through, creating a layered and hop-forward aromatic profile without any sweetness.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with bright citrus and pine character that belies the modest 4.6% ABV, delivering hop presence on a remarkably lean foundation. Passionfruit and a squeeze of lime persist through the mid-palate, while moderate bitterness builds with a dry, resinous edge that never turns harsh or sticky-sweet.

The finish is quick and clean, with a dry, resinous drying sensation that leaves no residual sweetness. The bitterness fades briskly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.
