🌍 United States · German Pilsner · One of 279 German Pilsners in hopIQ

Fill Pils is Highland Park Brewery's traditional German pilsner and, by the brewery's own account, the style its team most likes to drink day to day. The grist is pilsner malt with a share of Vienna malt, hopped with Michigan-grown Zuper Saazer and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh from Germany. The Saaz-type hops bring spicy, herbal and floral notes, the Vienna malt a light bread-crust sweetness, and the beer finishes clean and dry at 5.2 percent.

Serve & Enjoy

How to get the most out of Fill Pils

Serve at 4–7°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Serve well-chilled at 4–6°C for maximum crispness. A pilsner served too warm loses its defining snap.

Pilsner glass
Recommended for this style

The tall, narrow pilsner glass preserves carbonation and showcases the golden clarity that defines the style.

Drink fresh and cold. Pilsners do not improve with age — within 3 months of packaging is ideal.
