Seisiún
Named after the Irish seisiún, an informal pub gathering for music and stories, this session IPA was first brewed as a lighter option for beer festivals. Mandarina Bavaria, Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe hops sit on Irish pale malt and Carapils. Bright yellow with a frothy white head, it smells of fresh hoppy citrus with light malt notes. Pink grapefruit and fresh lime zest lead the palate, with a crisp hop bitterness, a medium-light body and a clean, dry finish.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.

hopIQ matches by flavor profile — not just style label. A beer with the same dry, hoppy, citrusy character as Seisiún will score highly even if brewed in a different country or under a different sub-style name.
