◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and malty, with chocolate and nutty notes forming the core of the palate. Mid-palate develops caramel sweetness balanced by the beer's inherent dryness, while roasted barley and biscuit provide structure and depth. Bitterness builds steadily, arriving from Ekuanot, Chinook and Columbus hops in a measured, integrated manner rather than as a sharp attack.

The finish is clean and decidedly dry, with lingering bitterness and a subtle roasted edge that persists on the palate. Aftertaste remains malty and slightly smoky, fading gradually without astringency.
