◌ Aroma

Prominent roasted malt character dominates the nose, with distinct notes of dark roasted coffee and milk chocolate emerging clearly beneath. The roast profile is clean and well-integrated, without harsh or burnt edges, and suggests a careful balance of darker malts used in the grist. Secondary aromas of subtle dark fruit add complexity without overshadowing the primary roasted impression.

◐ Taste

Entry is full and creamy on the palate, driven by a soft mouthfeel from both the malt composition and nitrogen carbonation. Coffee and chocolate flavors continue through the mid-palate with a dry roasted backbone, while the 40 IBU of Nugget hops contributes restrained bitterness that integrates rather than dominates. The overall sensation remains smooth and vollmundig without astringency.
