Die Weisse Glutenfrei
Naturally cloudy, with fine banana notes, a slim body and a pleasant freshness; the aroma is fruity and the carbonation well integrated. A special brewing process gently breaks down the gluten, and only organic raw materials from sustainable Austrian farming go into the kettle. The secondary fermentation in the swing-top bottle adds carbonation and fruit. Brewer Felix Gmachl developed it in 2015 as Austria's first gluten-free organic Weissbier.

Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
