It is brewed from malted barley, wheat and natural hops, with a hopping schedule aimed at fruit while the bitterness stays balanced. The beer pours deep amber under an off-white head and sits medium in body. Citrus, grapefruit and passionfruit rise over sweet biscuit malt, and the palate follows with lychee, a light stone-fruit note and a smooth, lightly bitter finish.
