🌍 Australia · Pale Ale · One of 155 Pale Ales in hopIQ

The newest beer in the core range, added in 2023. Specialty malts from both sides of the Tasman give it a deep copper colour and a caramel backbone, while an English ale yeast keeps the ferment clean and rounded. New Zealand Rakau hops go in at several stages of the brew, carrying plum and apricot fruit alongside lighter citrus and stone-fruit aromatics. The bitterness stays moderate and the finish runs dry rather than sharp.

How to get the most out of White Rabbit Hoppy Ale

Serve at 7–10°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
