Manus
Light and supple, with a soft malt base and mild Saaz bitterness; coriander, chamomile and lemon thyme give it a fresh, herbal character. Brewer Herman Zomerdijk, known in Limmen as Manus, wanted a party beer that drinks easily yet has more character than a pils. He died in 2014 before tasting the finished beer, which carries his nickname in tribute. 4.7% ABV, 16 IBU, brewed since 2014.
