The nose leads with a refined coriander spice—herbaceous and restrained, never aggressive. Underneath sits a whisper of citrus zest and light floral notes from the Belgian yeast, creating a balanced and inviting profile that draws rather than overwhelms.

The palate opens with that distinctive coriander note, settling into a silky mouthfeel that carries the beer forward with grace. Dry and clean throughout, with hints of light honey and subtle fruitiness in the mid-palate, the beer avoids heaviness while maintaining genuine character.
