◎ Appearance

Dagvar presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. A white, fine-grained head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass with good lacing. Carbonation is lively and evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by noble hop character—spicy, herbal, and slightly floral notes from the Saaz variety are immediately apparent. Beneath lies a subtle Bohemian malt foundation with a clean, grainy sweetness and a whisper of bread crust. No yeast or adjunct aromas intrude.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and clean, with noble hop bitterness arriving gently in the mid-palate and building without aggression. Soft Bohemian malt sweetness provides body and a light bread-like quality that balances the herbal, slightly peppery finish of the hops. The structure is lean and precise.

◑ Finish

A short to medium dry finish leaves lingering herbal and spicy notes from the Saaz hops. The aftertaste remains refreshing and clean, with no astringency or residual sweetness.
