The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes—bright orange peel and grapefruit zest cut through clearly, backed by the noble hop character of Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe. A delicate stone-fruit undertone emerges beneath, while the caramel and crystal malts add a subtle sweetness that does not dominate but anchors the aroma.

Entry is crisp and hop-driven, with the citrus character translating cleanly to the palate. The mid-palate reveals a thin caramel line that balances the assertive 35 IBU bitterness, which reads more pronounced than the 3.4% ABV might suggest.
