Hero Zero

Tap to rate

Hero Zero is the monastery brewery's alcohol-free IPA with grapefruit, made in Prague-Břevnov. Grapefruit comes through clearly in the flavour. It left the cooler shelves so fast that in autumn 2025 the brewery gave it a sibling, an alcohol-free sour cherry beer, because sales of non-alcoholic beer keep growing, a worldwide trend.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and dry with immediate citrus fruit presence, particularly grapefruit pith and zest that evolves across the palate. Mid-palate develops a pronounced hoppy bitterness around 60 IBU that frames the fruit character without overshadowing it. The finish is crisp and slightly astringent, with lingering bitter and citric notes that refresh rather than fatigue.
