Einsiedler Dinkelbier

Tap to rate

Spicy, mild and fruity: an organic beer made with 30% spelt from central Switzerland, at 4.5% ABV. The spelt grows above Lake Zurich, is dried in Zug and ground at the Grotzenmühle before it reaches the brewery in Einsiedeln. The agricultural school in Pfäffikon suggested the ancient grain for a beer speciality.
