Brusca
Brusca is Birrone's Pils. The name comes from bruscandolo, the word used in the brewery's home region for wild hops, and it also stands for the beer's brusque character: bittering hops are used generously. A herbal hop aroma opens and gradually makes way for a fine, lasting bitterness, with soft malt underneath taking a little of the edge off. The head is fine, creamy and persistent. Bottom-fermented, 4.8 %.

Drink fresh and cold. Pilsners do not improve with age — within 3 months of packaging is ideal.
