◎ Appearance

Bright pale gold with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with good lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a steady stream of fine bubbles that underpin the beer's crisp presentation.

◌ Aroma

A restrained but clean noble hop character dominates, with soft herbal and slightly spicy notes typical of traditional German Edelhopfen. Behind this lies a delicate malt foundation—soft grain and a whisper of bread crust—with no yeast esters or sulfur compounds, allowing the hop definition to remain crisp and forward.

◐ Taste

The palate opens dry and immediately bitter, with a firm hop bite that carries through the mid-palate without becoming harsh. A clean, subtle malt sweetness provides balance rather than fullness, while the overall impression remains bone-dry and refreshingly austere, with no flabby or cloying notes.

◑ Finish

The finish is short to medium and decidedly dry, with the bitter edge lingering pleasantly on the palate. The aftertaste fades clean, leaving behind only the faint echo of grain and a residual hoppy dryness.
