◎ Appearance

Zbuj presents a clear amber-copper body with deep golden-brown tones, positioned at the darker end of the Vienna lager spectrum. The head forms with moderate density and displays good Schaumhaftung, clinging to the glass walls in fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation appears gentle and even, appropriate to the style's malty character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced malty character: Vienna and Munich malts deliver warm bread crust and subtle caramel sweetness, underpinned by a light toastiness. Premiant and ŽPČ hops contribute a restrained herbal undertone with minimal hop assertiveness, allowing the Malz to remain the dominant voice. There is no phenolic or estery yeast character, only clean grain forward expression.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and gently sweet, with Vienna and caramel malts delivering a biscuity, slightly honeyed palate. Mid-palate remains smooth and approachable, though not heavy; the beer drinks cleanly without cloying. The finish develops a subtle spice note—likely from noble hop character—that provides just enough definition to prevent flatness, culminating in a dry, crisp exit.

The aftertaste is pleasantly brief, fading from the gentle spice into a clean, dry warmth. No astringency or harsh bitterness lingers; the impression remains balanced and sessionable.
