◌ Aroma

The nose leads with warm, toasted malt notes grounded in the brewery's own floor-malted Czech barley—earthy and slightly sweet. Behind this foundation, delicate noble hop aromatics emerge: herbal and gently spicy undertones from Magnum, Premiant and Žatecký poloraný červeňák, without any aggressive or green character. A light caramel sweetness rounds out the bouquet, inviting rather than demanding.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and malty, with a pronounced sweetness that frames the beer's drinking experience without cloying. Mid-palate reveals bready, toasty qualities that echo the malting process, while the Edelhopfen blend provides a restrained, clean bitterness (28 IBU) that arrives late and finishes crisp. The overall impression is of a fully malty beer in which hop character serves to clarify rather than dominate.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the hop bite receding into a lingering malt and caramel note that persists for several seconds. A pleasant crispness cuts through any residual sweetness, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.
