Berg St. Ulrichsbock

Tap to rate

A winter bock: the brewery's Ulrichsbier, brewed stronger in a small batch for the cold season. It smells of malt, caramel and honey; on the palate it is powerful and intensely malty, with a fruity side. The colour is amber-gold, the foam firm and creamy. The grist combines pale barley, roasted grain and light and dark caramel malts, hopped with Hallertauer Magnum and Tettnanger Perle. Original gravity is 16.4 percent. Available from October.
