Berg Cyriakus
A cloudy, alcohol-free organic beer that is not dealcoholised but brewed as a recipe of its own, below 0.5 percent alcohol. It tastes natural and fresh, with a fine hop note over a firm, grainy body. Hallertauer Akoja and Hallertauer Tradition go into the kettle; Tettnanger Callista is added cold in the maturation tank. Pale barley is joined by roasted grain and dark caramel malt. It is named after Cyriakus Zimmermann, who took over the brewery with his wife Maria Anna in 1757.
