hopIQ found 10 beers that share Inedit's citrusy and coriander character. Inedit was created in 2008 by Damm's brewers together with Ferran Adrià and the sommelier team of elBulli. It is a blend of a barley-malt lager and a Belgian-style witbier brewed with unmalted wheat, spiced with coriander seed, orange peel and a small amount of liquorice. The beer is pale yellow and slightly hazy from wheat protein. Sweet spice, fresh yeast and floral notes lead the nose; orange peel adds citrus freshness, coriander a peppery lift and liquorice a faint sweetness. Carbonation is soft, the body creamy, the finish long with low bitterness.
