Yakka IPA presents a bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that builds readily from the pour. The carbonation is crisp and well-integrated, creating steady bead trails that maintain good lacing on the glass throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with assertive citrus and tropical fruit aromatics—notes of orange zest, grapefruit, and stone fruit emerge prominently. Behind the hops lie subtle floral undertones and a clean, dry malt backbone that frames the bouquet without dominating it.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with a wave of citrus bitterness that unfolds gradually across the mid-palate. The tropical fruit character persists through the center, supported by a light, slightly sweet malted base that keeps the beer balanced and refreshing rather than harsh or one-dimensional.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering citrus and floral hop notes fading into a gentle, lingering bitterness. The aftertaste remains refreshing without astringency, encouraging continued sipping.
