Effervescence is brisk and visible, with steady carbonation throughout the pour. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile characteristic of a well-executed American IPA.

◌ Aroma

The nose is intensely hoppy with dominant citrus notes—particularly grapefruit zest and orange pith—layered beneath tropical fruit impressions of mango and passionfruit. A subtle floral character emerges on further inspection, balanced by clean, crisp malt undertones that provide foundation without dominating. The overall aromatic profile is fresh and vibrant, with no solvent or harsh edges.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with bright citrus and bitter hop flavors that build steadily through the mid-palate. Tropical fruitiness follows, adding depth and roundness without overwhelming the dry, bitter framework. The 60 IBU bitterness is present and assertive but not harsh, finishing with a clean, crisp sensation that invites another sip. Residual sweetness remains minimal.

The finish is brisk and refreshing, with lingering citrus and hop bitterness that fades gradually over several seconds. A dry, crisp aftertaste persists without any astringency or heavy residue.
