◎ Aussehen

Pale golden color with excellent clarity and a tight white head that builds quickly and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively and sustained, rising in steady streams through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and grapefruit zest, layered beneath resinous pine and herbal hop character. Supporting notes of tropical stone fruit—mango and passionfruit—emerge beneath the assertive Edelhopfen profile, with a clean malt foundation that does not compete.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hop-forward, with a firm bittering structure that builds across the mid-palate without harshness. Citrus and pine flavors dominate, underpinned by a dry, grainy malt backbone that provides ballast. The finish is clean and increasingly desiccating, with a lingering resinous bite.

◑ Abgang

A long, satisfying dry finish with residual bitterness and resinous hop character fading gradually. No sticky sweetness or heat remains.
