The nose leads with clean, bright citrus notes—grapefruit zest and lemon—characteristic of Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops. Behind the citrus sit subtle floral and herbal undertones, with a whisper of white pepper. The Malz base remains restrained, allowing the hop character to dominate without any vegetal or harsh edges.

Entry is crisp and zesty, with marmalade and bitter orange taking center stage across the mid-palate. The bitterness arrives as a firm, well-defined bitterness that does not overwhelm—it sits squarely in the West Coast tradition.
