The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls, displaying fine Schaumkleiden. Carbonation is notably lively, evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles and crisp mouthfeel delivery.

◌ Aroma

The nose bursts immediately with tropical stone fruit—passion fruit and kiwi candy dominate, supported by a distinctive limequat citrus note. Nelson Sauvin adds a refined white-wine minerality and subtle herbal complexity that elevates the bouquet beyond typical West Coast profiles. The overall impression is bright and inviting, with no harsh solvent notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry reveals a soft, crisp malt foundation derived from Californian pilsner varieties, providing a clean platform for the hop expression. Mid-palate balances moderate bitterness (60 IBU) with the same tropical and white-wine characteristics found on the nose, maintaining freshness without aggression. Body remains light and refreshing, never cloying or heavy.

The finish is distinctly dry, with residual fruit character fading gradually into a subtle herbal aftertaste. No astringency or lingering bitterness interrupts the clean, refreshing conclusion.
