Coastal Select presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a light, fine-grained white head that shows good retention. The carbonation is crisp and visible, creating a lively bead that sustains throughout the glass. Light catches the pale amber tones with immediate clarity.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—ripe mango and summer melon—layered beneath a restrained herbal pine character. Fresh citrus notes emerge on closer inspection, with a subtle mineral undertone that suggests clean water and balanced noble hop work. The aromatic profile feels energetic but never aggressive.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and medium-bodied, with melon and mango flavours building quickly across the mid-palate. Piney, herbal hop bitterness emerges with precision—moderate rather than assertive—and runs parallel to the fruit rather than overwhelming it. The malt foundation provides enough sweetness to anchor the composition without muddying the dry finish.

The finish cuts clean and dry, leaving citrus and pine notes on the palate that fade within a few seconds. No lingering sweetness or harsh astringency; the aftertaste reads as crisp and refreshing.
