The nose opens with pronounced banana and clove character typical of wheat beer yeast fermentation. Discreet herbal hop notes of lemon balm and sage emerge in the background, complemented by subtle citrus hints. The overall aromatic profile remains restrained and inviting rather than assertive.

Entry brings light fruit notes of physalis with a soft malt foundation that remains svelte and refreshing rather than substantial. The palate maintains that herbal hop character of summer herbs while banana and clove thread through the mid-palate. Bitterness is gentle and proportionate at 15 IBU, never harsh or lingering, allowing the fruit and spice to remain the focus.
