The nose leads with distinct tropical stone fruit notes—gooseberry and passion fruit emerge prominently over a soft, bready Malz foundation. The interplay of Vienna and Munich Malz creates an inviting sweetness that frames the fruity top notes. Noble hop character adds subtle floral depth without dominating the overall aromatic profile.

The palate unfolds with a malty-sweet entry from the pronounced grain bill, offering caramel and bread-derived complexity. Mid-palate remains full-bodied and voluminous, with the Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops providing fruity brightness that balances the inherent sweetness.
