◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright translucence. The head forms with fine, persistent bubbles that cling to the glass walls in delicate lacing. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating an inviting visual presentation characteristic of the session format.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with juicy melon and ripe papaya notes, followed by bright grapefruit zest and candied tropical citrus. The late-addition hopping strategy allows the five American varieties to shine without harsh resinous character, while the pale ale and wheat malt base provides a clean, barely perceptible grain backbone.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with the malt foundation offering gentle sweetness from carapils and Munich additions. Mid-palate develops the same fruity character as the aroma—melon, citrus, stone fruit—while Citra's restrained bitterness (28 IBU) integrates smoothly without drying or astringency. The finish is harmonious and approachable, designed to complement rather than overpower.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste lingers with gentle citrus warmth and a touch of tropical fruit, fading cleanly without harshness. Refreshingly dry without bitterness dominating, leaving the palate ready for the next sip or a bite of food.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
