◎ Aussehen

Total Domination presents a golden amber hue with excellent clarity and bright light transmission. A dense white head forms readily and clings to the glass with persistent lacing as the beer is consumed. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that sustain the foam structure throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus notes—bright grapefruit and lemon zest—layered with delicate floral undertones that suggest noble hop character. A soft, biscuity malt backbone emerges beneath, providing sweetness without overshadowing the hop aromatics. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with no harsh alcohol or oxidative notes.

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with grapefruit and orange flavors taking the lead on the palate. The biscuity malt foundation provides structure and mild sweetness through the mid-palate, balancing the herbal and citrus bitterness that develops. Bitterness is assertive but not aggressive, resolving cleanly without astringency or harshness.

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus and subtle orange notes persisting on the palate. Bitterness fades gradually, leaving a refreshing, slightly herbal aftertaste that invites another sip.
