◎ Aussehen

Deep amber to copper-brown, clear and bright with excellent clarity. A dense, cream-colored head forms readily and clings to the glass with pronounced lacing. Carbonation is moderate and persistent, supporting the full visual presence of this warming ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with rich caramel and toffee notes, underpinned by toasted grain character and subtle dark fruit — dried plum and raisin. Noble hops provide a restrained herbal frame, allowing the malt complexity to dominate without aggressive bitterness or floral intrusion.

◐ Geschmack

The palate unfolds as full-bodied and smooth, with layered malt sweetness and warming alcohol that builds gradually. Caramel and toasted grain form the core, flanked by subtle dark fruit undertones and a gentle bitterish edge that arrives late but holds firm through the mid-palate. The finish is dry and lingering, with a mild astringency that keeps the palate engaged.
