◎ Aussehen

Deep amber to copper-bronze in color, with excellent clarity that allows light to pass through the glass with warm translucence. The head forms densely and persists with fine lacing against the glass, indicative of good protein structure and carbonation restraint. The body appears viscous and full, coating the glass with evident malt presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with rich caramel and toasted malt notes, accompanied by subtle dark fruit esters—raisins and dried plum—that speak to both the grain bill and fermentation character. Beneath lies a gentle spice thread and hints of honey sweetness, with barely perceptible herbal hop undertones that frame without dominating the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens smooth and full-bodied, leading with caramel and toffee richness that coats the mouth. Mid-palate reveals deeper notes of dried fruit and a subtle honey sweetness, while low bitterness (20 IBU) allows the malt complexity to shine through. The 9% ABV warms gently beneath without asserting obvious alcohol burn, creating an integrated and approachable sweetness.

◑ Abgang

The finish extends moderately long with lingering malt sweetness and a gentle warming sensation. A faint spice note emerges on the backend, gradually fading into a soft, dry malt aftertaste that invites another sip.
