The carbonation is lively and even, with a steady stream of small bubbles rising through the body. Light catches the color cleanly, emphasizing its brightness and the crisp presentation typical of a well-executed lager.

The nose leads with pronounced spicy-herbal notes from German Spalt Select and Tettnanger, layered with a cool, subtly minty edge that suggests the Polaris dry-hop contribution. Beneath the hop aromatics lies a soft, honeyed bread-malt foundation with gentle lemon zest and a whisper of dried herbs. The overall impression is dry and refined, with an almost medicinal crispness that invites repeated sniffs.

Entry is clean and slightly crisp, with the malt sweetness quickly balanced by assertive hop bitterness that builds through the mid-palate.
