The nose leads with fresh citrus—lime pith and grapefruit zest—layered beneath tropical stone fruit notes that suggest the Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy at work. A gentle resinous undertone rounds the profile, with subtle herb and pine backbone that keeps the aromatics grounded rather than floral or perfumed.

The entry is clean and direct, allowing hop bitterness and citrus character to establish themselves immediately on the palate. Mid-palate holds a balanced tension between resinous bite and tropical sweetness, with a dry, crisp mouthfeel that prevents heaviness despite the 6.5% ABV. The finish remains bitter and herbaceous without turning harsh or overly sharp.
