Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic hops open with pronounced tropical fruit—pineapple and stone fruit—paired with bright citrus notes that feel fresh and inviting. Beneath, the dark malt bill contributes caramel sweetness, hazelnut, and a subtle roasted edge that frames the composition without dominating. The aromatic balance shifts subtly with temperature, hops assertive when cold and malt character emerging as the beer warms.

The palate opens smooth and velvety, with tropical and citrus notes from the hops taking an initial lead over a foundation of caramel and toffee from the malt. Mid-palate develops nutty complexity—hazelnut and almond—while a firm bitterness builds steadily, never harsh but present and clean. The malt's roasted undertones surface as the beer sits on the tongue, creating depth beneath the hop-forward character.
