◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and a bright white head that clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. The carbonation is lively, evident in the steady rise of small bubbles. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile typical of well-crafted filtered IPAs.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus, leading immediately with orange zest before transitioning to ripe mango and stone fruit notes. Beneath the tropical fruit sits a distinctive dank, diesel-like character characteristic of Nelson Sauvin hops, adding earthy complexity. The aroma is intense and layered without any cloying sweetness, inviting deeper exploration.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a full, fruit-forward body and subtle perceived sweetness that balances the moderate bitterness. Mid-palate delivers the promised tropical character—tangerine and mango notes remain prominent—while the hop bitterness develops gradually rather than aggressively. The moderate 32 IBU provides definition without harshness, allowing the hop character to lead.

The finish is long and persistent, dominated by orange and tropical fruit notes that linger cleanly on the palate. The aftertaste remains dry and refreshing, with a gentle hop bitterness fading gradually into a pleasant citrus echo.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
