The nose leads with toasted malt complexity—fresh bread and biscuit notes meld with honeyed sweetness in the mid-layer. Delicate orchard fruit emerges beneath: apple and pear lend a gentle vibrancy. Spalter Select hops contribute a refined floral character that frames rather than dominates.

Entry is soft and malty, establishing sweetness and a bready foundation immediately.
