The nose leads with vibrant citrus—bright lemon zest and grapefruit pith—lifted by the characteristic floral and herbal signature of Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. Berry undertones emerge in the mid-range, adding subtle stone-fruit complexity without overshadowing the hop-driven profile.
