Haze Fix

◎ Aussehen

Haze Fix presents a pale golden-orange hue beneath a thick, pillowy head that clings to the glass with stable retention. The body is intentionally opaque, with suspended yeast and grain particles creating the characteristic hazy silhouette. Fine carbonation rises steadily, contributing to a lively yet controlled visual impression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright candied orange zest and ripe berry notes—stone fruit and subtle red berries dominate. Beneath lies a clean wheat and oat base that softens the hop expression, while Trident, Azacca, and El Dorado hops deliver layered fruity and citrus character without aggressive resin or herbal top notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with gentle sweetness—candied fruit and orange marmalade—that flows across a featherlight, pillowy mouthfeel built from wheat and oats. Moderate bitterness (50 IBU) arrives mid-sip without harshness, balancing the fruit and sweet grain while the fruity hop character persists. The 5.5% ABV keeps the profile lean and drinkable despite the rich flavor layering.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering candied orange and berry notes fading to a dry, slightly grainy aftertaste. No alcohol warmth or astringency intrudes; the beer closes invitingly, encouraging another sip.
